Panettone Piemontese

The "original" Piedmontese Panettone with its soft, fragrant dough and that extra note: a hazelnut frosting decorated with whole almonds. Rich in butter, soft raisins and a delicate mix of candied peel, this sweet.

Genuine traditions handed down by our expert pastry chefs. Prepared in keeping with tradition, using carefully selected raw materials: egg yolk, butter, soft raisins and a delicate mix of candied citrus peel, in addition to natural yeast.

Classical low Panettone Basso

Characterised by a lower shape, soft dough enriched with soft raisins and fragrant candied peel, this loaf is the classical "Milanese" panettone.

Available in 1000 g loaves packaged in simple cellophane or fine hand-wrapped paper - 6 pieces are included per package

Panettone Classico

With its traditional tall cupola shape, soft dough enriched with soft raisins and fragrant candied peel, this loaf is the definition of "panettone".
